Some Key Dates

The Beginning
This is the story of a Franco-Swiss businessman, Willy Werner, who, in 1925, founded the first store in Limoges dedicated to supplies for porcelain professionals.
The adventure began with the sale of decorations and supplies for the porcelain and glass workshops and factories in Limoges.

Anchoring
Following Jacques Werner’s death, his wife, Suzanne, took over the management of the company. This marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company, which then began to diversify.
It has launched its first partnership with Heraeus, a global specialist in the refining and processing of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.
Together with his son, Pierre, they are expanding the marketing of decorative products made from precious metals for the porcelain industry.
It was under Pierre's leadership that the company launched its line of supplies for workshops and manufacturing facilities.

Diversification
It was under Charles Werner's leadership that the company accelerated its diversification.
Following Heraeus' sale of its pigment production division to Ferro, a second partnership has been established with Izawa Ltd., a Japanese manufacturer of pigments for ceramic decorations.
Werner Mazurier then expanded the marketing of pigments in France and abroad, and became Izawa’s exclusive partner in France across all sectors: porcelain, ceramics, glass, and crystal.
In 2020, the company also secured exclusive distribution rights for Heraeus precious metals in France, across all sectors.
This new phase also marks the company’s expansion into the glass industry.

Internationalization & Digitalization
With Jeanne Werner taking the helm, Werner Mazurier is beginning a new chapter in its growth.
This period is part of an effort to strengthen existing partnerships with suppliers while developing new strategic collaborations.
The company is also continuing to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the ceramics sector, particularly in stoneware, clay, and earthenware.
In an increasingly global market, Werner Mazurier is accelerating its digital transformation with the launch of an online store designed to support its customers both in France and abroad.
